Exceptions (Corrupted or Defective Files)
The only exception to our "All Sales Final" policy is if the digital file is corrupted, defective, or inaccessible due to a technical error on our end. If you experience technical issues accessing your download, you must contact our support team at support@idylleformation.com within 7 days of purchase. We will promptly issue a replacement file or fix the access link. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue, a refund will be issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
Cancellation Policy
One-Time Digital Purchases: Because digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation, one-time purchases cannot be canceled once the transaction is complete.
B2B Services & Subscriptions: Commercial retainers and subscription services can be canceled according to the terms of your signed B2B agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled billing renewal cycle. Canceling a subscription will terminate access at the end of your current paid billing period; no prorated refunds are provided for mid-cycle cancellations.
